The great thing about snow storms: every car you see on the road that day will be American. TFM.

hahaha what confrateracy? 4wd is the best thing for snow, even shitty AWD systems (read: non-subarus or porsches) can’t do as well as my bro’s tacoma. It’s all about tires and ground clearance

Ill say it again. American Cars, outside of an extremely select few, are for poor people.

I love America more than anyone else I know, but I’m sorry, the cars are just bad.

GMC SUV’s have served me well and are great in the snow. Built in Tennessee too.

Cadillacs are for morons who trust a fancy label over actual car quality. Same story for Lincolns, and, most notably, Land Rovers. Land Rovers have the worst repair records on the market.

These ever-so-horrible Asian cars of which you speak have some of the best repair records on the market(at least Honda, Toyota (Lexus goes with that), and Nissan do)

Also when I drove around in the snow when I lived in Champaign, IL, my 4Runner did just fine. My dad’s Chevy Suburban on the other hand… Frequently went off the road. I’ll stick to my jap cars, thanks.

I respect your opinion but my point is that those American brands and some cars like yukons are not for poor people.

Did anyone else notice that this post just changed? It used to be full of poor grammar and they just corrected it…

I was just thinking that… When I first commented on here, there was a comment below correcting it. They deleted that, too.

You are retarded. Land Rover’s are amazing in the snow. I also have a friend who always drives his Porsche 911 no matter the weather and it does fantastic in the snow.

My 4Runner seems to do the trick. Last time I checked, those were seen in a lot of fraternity parking lots as well

the cargo area of my 4runner has dried hog blood stained on the carpet from hunting, and its pulled out my dads suburban out of more than one muddy soybean field. toyota makes the best 4×4.

Tahoe > 4Runner, but other than that, I really can’t think of a better car to have for all purposes.
