If its because it is a state school then half of colleges in the US are for the poors (Even big SEC schools like Bama, Auburn, LSU) MTSU has the largest student enrollment in the state of Tennessee (In the 25+ range beating UT Knoxville) I’m transferring there summer. Sun Belt schools can hang in there with SEC schools. Don’t forget MTSU has alot of kids from from Williamson County or the City of Franklin, Columbia, Spring Hill go to MTSU old money. I’m going to Affiliated with the chapter of my fraternity there. Much older campus than USA.
