This is a real football coach.

These are the things a real football coach says.

Mike Leach, the man who famously shoved Craig James’ son into a dark closet for getting a concussion before getting fired for no reason at Texas Tech, is at it again — basically calling his team a bunch of pussies while simultaneously insulting the sport of softball and using the word “retarded” in a manner that somehow wasn’t totally inappropriate.

It was an epic rant.

Leach’s Washington State Cougars, who some believed were a PAC 12 dark-horse this season, has already failed miserably in 2016 with losses against FCS powerhouse Eastern Washington and Boise State. So you can understand why he is so extremely pissed. Almost as pissed as this:

Washington State’s football season is essentially over in week two — which is brutal for any football fan — but must be especially awful for Leach because of his competitive spirit. There is no way he wants to coach there again after this year.

Mike, buddy, get the hell out of Washington. They don’t appreciate you up there. Come back to Texas, where we love you even when you coach for a rival team. Maybe Baylor will have you. It’s not like they have any character standards anyway..
