Except forgiveness of sins doesn’t come through communion. You might want to re-read your Bible.

Forgiveness is supposed to come from repenting and prayer. But if God is omnibenevolent, omniscient, and omnipotent, then what’s the point in asking anyways? I mean c’mon, before the Sermon on the Mount, he says not a jod or tittle will be changed from the beginning of time until the ends of the heavens and earth. So if he does have a “special plan,” then how great is the plan, if some random schmuck can come along, selfishly pray, and screw up the whole plan? Doesn’t make sense. He created us to not live up to his standards. We pray to think we will be better off, but in the end, we end up sticking to his plan. Anytime your prayers aren’t answered, you just say “oh, well it’s in God’s plan.” Well, if it was going to be in his plan in the first place, why would you waste your time? I mean honestly, I could murder 10 people, ask for forgiveness, “believe,” and go to heaven. Or, I could live a decent life, crime free, not believe, and still fry in hell until the end of time. It’s a sick headed system. I also don’t know why people get mad at this post… are all these posts concerning the way you treat your “slam pieces” and the way you “do coke in the bathroom” supposed to have any positive substance? This concludes my rant, and may the hairless dog have mercy on your soul.

I don’t understand why so much of your rant was in quotations… a lot of us DO in fact do coke in bathrooms, and a lot of repenting people DO actually believe in God. Essentially I just want to hurt you heathen.

So you do bad things, knowing that if you repent, you’ll still be good? And by the way, I’m not sure if you understand the English language, but quotations are used anytime someone speaks, an inner-head thought is typed, and when emphasizing a word through sarcasm. I’m a conservative politically, but sometimes the religious stuff is taken way too seriously

Discussing religion on the internet is a fool’s errand, but here it goes anyways. We were created perfect, and we were created to find our satisfaction in God, the source of all that is good, right, just, joyful, etc. We turned against God by trying to find our satisfaction in what had been created instead of the creator. By doing so, we brought judgment upon ourselves, because if God is just, then he must punish any and all wrongdoing. No one is perfect, but he didn’t create us to not live up to his standards. We’re still responsible for all our own wrongdoing.

The idea that all one has to do to get to heaven is to believe in God and maybe say a prayer is a modern invention of people who like having big churches more than they like God or the Bible. Satan and the demons believe that God exists, and that Jesus did all that the Bible says he did. If that’s the only thing you’ve got, you’re out of luck, and if someone thinks that murdering 10 people is going to be ok just because they don’t disagree with the Bible stories and ask forgiveness, they’re sorely mistaken.

While I respect your beliefs and thoughts, they aren’t justifying anything as far as truth is concerned. All you’re doing right now is preaching. It’d be the same if I were telling you about the unicorn fairies and how great they are. I would be telling you all about them, but I wouldn’t be exactly saying why they are true. Also, your point about Satan and demons is actually one of the biggest problems with the Christian faith. Are Satan and his demons more powerful? Your answer is most likely going to be No. If they aren’t as powerful, why doesn’t God get rid of them? If I made a billions things, that I loved and cared about, and there was one thing screwing them up that I had more power over, then I’d get rid of it. That is the morally correct thing to do. And actually, you can kill 10 people and still go to heaven. Jesus’ most important woman disciple was a prostitute. Also, if you are accidentally born in China (because God chooses your parents, right?), and are born to worship Buddha, you go to hell. Apostasy is the number one unforgivable sin. If you deny Jesus Christ, you go straight to hell. If God made you to be born into a family whose culture is to worship Buddha, then denies them of Heaven because they didn’t believe in Jesus Christ, then he is basically setting them up for failure and to fry in hell for eternity for a finite deed. I’m not an atheist, I’m agnostic because I know something is out there. I think it’s completely ignorant to sit here and bash someone for making a religious joke, when half of these kids haven’t picked up a Bible in years, and have never thought of the real Christian faith before. Now before I waste this adderall ranting on TFM, have a nice day, frat on
