My 10 acre property in New England is worth 200 acres in the south. TFM.

  1. Haha...no...

You can stay on your northern land and I’ll stay on my southern land. We’ll never cross paths and we’ll both be happy.

Even God hates the South… He wiped it out 5 years ago and Barbara Bush said it was the best thing that could ever happen….hahahahahahaha

FUCK you frat on this. The south happens to be one of the most Christian parts of the country and the frattiest. North Carolina. TFM. Anywhere south of that. TFM.
I’ve lived in New Jersey, got out of there as fast as I could.

Frat on this… that was the most extraordinarily insensitive and ignorant thing I’ve ever seen on this site.

The reputation is enough, people know who I am, they don’t have to see my house to know that my daddy has money

Why in the hell would you have to show your riches off to your neighbors if you had that much land. The south doesnt make it battle of the best. If good to have money and just have it known that you have it. Get a life.

It definitely makes sense to by 5% of the land in the north that is pleasantly inhabitable about 50% less often than in the south.

So you are telling me, my family could sell part of our estate and buy your entire life? Thanks, but we already have a full staff.
