New Jersey Cop Gets Caught Pulling Over Chicks To Ask Them Out, Check Their Phones For Nudes

I don’t know if there’s a stairway to heaven, but I know for sure there’s a highway to hell — the New Jersey Turnpike. The asphalt behemoth runs through the Garden State like its very own version of the yellow brick road. At the end there isn’t Emerald City, though, but rather Atlantic City and Chris Christie sitting alone on a closed beach.

In my 22 years of life, some pretty weird shit has happened on the turnpike. Frankie Valli has made some appearances, a pork roll truck has flipped over, and a plane has even made an emergency landing. This story is more bizarre than all those, though.

A New Jersey state trooper was fired after admitting to targeting young women on traffic stops to ask them out on dates and tampering with police records to cover it up, authorities said.

He reportedly would ask them to go on dates with him or give him their phone numbers. In some instances, he would search the women’s phones for personal information or photos, including nude pictures and videos which officials said he copied and sent to friends.

During the traffic stops, authorities said he would turn off his wireless microphone and falsely report that it wasn’t working. He also would manipulate police computer logs, changing the gender of drivers he pulled over to disguise that he was intentionally targeting young women, according to reports.

The dude’s name is Marquise Prather, and he was trying to be Jersey’s own creepy Casanova. His was a bold strategy; half the guys my age are afraid to approach a chick at a bar, yet this dude would see a girl he wanted to meet, turn on the ol’ red, white, and blue lights of justice, and slide directly into her phone. Having the amount of self-confidence it takes to approach women so easily is oftentimes considered attractive, except not at all in this case because Marquise is quite possibly the scummiest scumbag in New Jersey (and that’s really saying something).

Along with stating that this guy is a complete and utter creepfuck, I feel compelled to add that the Turnpike is the last place anyone should ever try to pick up a chick. Sure, there are some good looking girls driving nice cars, but 99% of the time those girls are BENNYs. A BENNY is the New Jersey term for a New Yorker who goes to the NJ beaches in the summertime. If you didn’t already know what the term BENNY meant, chances are you are one. And if you aren’t a BENNY? I recommend you stay as far away from them as possible. You’ll thank me later.

Anyways, screw Marquise. Fucking creep..
