This story doesn’t require much introduction, as attorney Greg Doucette does such a thorough job explaining all the necessary details that it’s best to just let him do the talking. All you need to know is that a North Carolina college student who was charged with PWISD (possession with intent to sell or deliver) hired Doucette to represent him. It’s a little lengthy, but DEFINITELY worth the read.

And what a story it is.

Eric’s going places.

Now we wait for the comments from the “pre-law” assholes who will tell this lawyer that he doesn’t know anything…

It’s pretty much all extremely, extremely accurate. Bare bones of criminal procedure law right here. Good stuff.

Every time there’s an article involving legal issues, the comments section is full of pronouncements from people with zero legal training or experience, other than what they got watching old television shows.

Yeah, but now that summer is almost over and all those bastards realized they aren’t getting into law school, they’re too disheartened to even do that.

Now, let’s say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?
