    You are all wrong. The US has only formally declared war five times: War of 1812, Spanish-American War, Mexican-American War, WWI and WWII. All other military engagements were termed Police Actions, often authorized by Congress but never with a formal Declaration of War. Vietnam was never an actual war so we could not have pulled out, we ceased the Police Action. Korea can actually be considered an on-going conflict since we only signed an armistice, which is not considered a formal end of hostilities but only a temporary reprieve of battle.     That said the original post was not frat as the jackass probably couldn’t have defended his statement in this manner.
