    I have one of said “GDI” band letterman jackets.
    Its hanging right next to my 3 cruise jackets from OEF/OIF in 2005, 2007, and 2008.

    I was in the drumline in high school and college. Being good at music doesn’t mean you’re a Geed. Wearing a letterman jacket in college means you’re a Geed.

    letterman jackets are about school pride, not about playing a varsity sport. you can letter in ACADEMICS these days, and guess what? that’s not a varsity sport either.
