Same thing happened to my grandmother in a Walmart parking lot…cops called her house, she said “She’s not here right now.” Eventually she was in her car, forgot to put her parking brake on, and ran over herself as she was trying to get out of the car. She’s still alive, but needless to say she’s no longer licensed.
I always open with a story about my grandmother and her rambunctious, stage-4 Alzheimer’s driving escapades. It really gets girls in the mood to come and check out my terrarium upstairs.
