That old man is a hero, but he’s going to be hit hard for impersonating an officer (he’s a retired fire marshal) and kicking the thief in the head. The rest can be reasonably justified as part of a citizen’s arrest.

The thief admitted to the crime when police showed up and was charged with “grand larceny for the theft of approximately $3,800 of Acree’s equipment and personal belongings.”

Impersonating an officer? I did not see that. He exercised his right as a citizen to protect his property. He did nothing wrong either legally or morally.

Oops. He did say “police officer.” I missed it the first time. Sorry. He should not have said that. But who went to jail? The thief, not him. Thank God he was in Oklahoma, not New Jersey.

As much as I hate thieves, if you have a carry permit, you learn that the only time you are supposed to pull your weapon is when you have intent to shoot and kill to protect your own and other lives.

Most of the people on social media are siding with the piece of shit thief. Under Obama’s America people who commit crimes are now the victims and the police or citizens who defend themselves from criminals are the bad guys.

They’re both idiot liars. The kid said he didn’t take the clubs and the old fuck says he’s a police officer. They should’ve shot each other and did the world a favor. Don’t steal and don’t impersonate a cop.
