Oxford, Mississippi To Finally Sell Cold Beer
The news just broke on Twitter: The Oxford Board of Aldermen has voted to scrap its ordinance prohibiting cold alcoholic beverage sales in convenience stores and grocery stores, or the general sale of beer or light wine on Sundays. Cold beer will soon to sold in stores, and it will be available on Sundays. Huge news, guys.
The Oxford cold beer and Sunday sales law will go into effect September 19.
