People Really Love Sexually Harassing LSU Fans, Huh?

Sure it’s not exactly an opposing fan rubbing his sack on some poor, passed out guy’s face after the BCS National Championship, but die hard South Carolina fan and guy who isn’t very good at acting sober around the police, Charles Hattaway, continued the trend of sexually harassing LSU fans by mooning the crowd after his beloved Gamecocks lost in Baton Rouge this past weekend.

Police arrested and booked a 34-year-old South Carolina fan into Parish Prison after he mooned fans at the LSU-South Carolina game Saturday night, an affidavit of probable cause says,

Police were called to section 409 of Tiger Stadium after fans complained about a man, Charles Hattaway, with his pants hanging below his waist, using vulgar language.

While police were escorting him down the stairs to question him, Hattaway pulled his pants down and mooned the crowd, the affidavit says.

Note that Hattaway did not actually moon the crowd until after police had arrived. One can only assume that were law enforcement officials not present then Tigers fans may have been in for a far more deviant act. My guess is Hattaway was originally planning on helicoptering the crowd while strutting around like a rooster screaming “COCKS!” at the top of his lungs. I know that’s what I’d do.

Hattaway was booked with one count of obscenity, which is a misdemeanor. Also luckily for the South Carolina fan, and unluckily for people who are fans of hilarious violence, his asshole was neither tasered nor pepper sprayed by police. An unfortunate time for cops not to be total douche bags if you ask me.
