Plaxico Burress Skewers Nick Saban On Twitter Over SEC Media Days Comment
It all started as a typical SEC Media day for Alabama and Nick Saban. The crazy Crimson Tide fans were out, some fans trolled the players/coaches as they chanted “here comes the bridesmaids” when they walked in, and then the questions started. The conversation of the NFL draft grades came up, and Saban let us know how he really felt.

Alabama coach Nick Saban said he isn’t in favor of the current timetable in which underclassmen receive feedback from the NFL regarding their projected draft standing, calling it a distraction from bowl-game preparation. Rather, he’d like to see that process take place after each player’s final game.
Classic Nick making excuses for his team’s poor post-season performance. This is the same guy who made the excuse that his team wasn’t excited to play in a consolation game before getting blasted by OU in the Sugar Bowl (that same OU team lost to Texas *laugh track*).
Those comments didn’t sit well with one of Saban’s former players, Plaxico Burress. Burress took to Twitter to call out the devil himself, which is either a death wish or he has some big ol’ balls.
