BREAKING: Insane Video Shows Tuscaloosa Police Pulling Guy From Apartment, Tasing, Beating Him

Details surrounding the below encounter with Tuscaloosa PD are sure to start leaking, but at this point, we have basically zero context.

What is apparent, however, is that the man seen being tased and beaten after getting ripped out of an apartment doesn’t appear to be resisting arrest. At all. According to the tweet, the police arrived due to a noise complaint. Again, though, we have no way of confirming the validity of this claim.

But damn.

At one point in the video, you can see the victim holding his hands up in an “I’m not fucking resisting” gesture as he is being tased. Soon after, the baton comes out (could be a flashlight – hard to tell) and he is taking a beating as the glow of the taser is still seen flickering.

A second video has emerged, as well, allegedly showing the beginning of the incident from inside the apartment.

We’ll update the story as details emerge.

UPDATE: Two more videos emerge.

The first video shows the extended version of the sequence of events leading up to the arrests. The second is from the perspective of the female in the video. She is recording as she’s slammed to the ground and cuffed.

UPDATE 2: Victim identified as Brandon Williford, a Sigma Chi at the University of Alabama.

Williford was charged with harassment, obstruction, and resisting arrest.

Police brutality can only happen to minorities in the eyes of the liberal mass media. If they were to make this go viral and turn this into a huge deal it would defeat their argument of white male “privilege”. PC society is ridiculous, this is what happens when you resist arrest and it is pretty clear the guy does not do what the officer tells him and that is what will happen, no matter what race or gender you are. But that can’t be reported.

I highly doubt that was a noise complaint. I talked to the cops at parties at least once a month from the time I turned 21 til I graduated. I’ve never seen that many officers respond to a noise complaint. Especially not for a little gathering like that. Dude must have had a warrant or something.

I’ve seen em bring the house for a noise complaint. College town cops with nothing better to do will bring everyone for a noise complaint in my experience, at least.

Can confirm. Have seen houses raided at tiny ass SIUC for a noise complaint.

As soon as I say that the update pops up. Cop number 1 called for backup. Then when number 1 realized backup was there he assaulted suspect 1. Basically, cop number 1 is fucked. Some of his friends may be.

In a college town they usually bring a squad for backup because they have no clue how many people might be in the house.

He clearly resisted arrest. They asked him and he said hes under arrest.

I work in a law office. Without a warrant or without probable cause the officer cannot enter. A noise complaint is not probable cause, nor is the residents of the house refusal to leave the house probable cause. The officer broke the law by entering the house and then beat the hell out of the kid. The cop is going to get rekt.

Why do cops repeatedly pull this shit? Some people definitely deserve it and I respect the risks police officers take on a daily basis, but it’s common sense that anyone can pull out a cellphone and record something. To phrase it metaphorically, why punch yourself in the balls?

Why do fraternities do this? It’s even worse for us. We video ourselves doing shit and then show it to people.

Same concept, but I’d rather get kicked out of a fraternity than receive a shitload of negative national publicity and lose my job.

As opposed to your fraternity receiving a shitton of national publicity and losing your charter?

As shallow as it sounds, yes. It would be less harmful to the members with meaningful lives ahead of them.

It’s tough to call cops “peace officers” these days. They’re becoming more militarized and aggressive year after year. Part of the problem comes from politicians at all levels of government pursuing policies that require more laws and regulations on the books for cops to enforce. So cops act as enforcers for the government as opposed to protecting life and property.

Or have they always acted aggressively and we’re just hearing about it more because technology is more prevalent.
