BREAKING: Insane Video Shows Tuscaloosa Police Pulling Guy From Apartment, Tasing, Beating Him

Details surrounding the below encounter with Tuscaloosa PD are sure to start leaking, but at this point, we have basically zero context.

What is apparent, however, is that the man seen being tased and beaten after getting ripped out of an apartment doesn’t appear to be resisting arrest. At all. According to the tweet, the police arrived due to a noise complaint. Again, though, we have no way of confirming the validity of this claim.

But damn.

At one point in the video, you can see the victim holding his hands up in an “I’m not fucking resisting” gesture as he is being tased. Soon after, the baton comes out (could be a flashlight – hard to tell) and he is taking a beating as the glow of the taser is still seen flickering.

A second video has emerged, as well, allegedly showing the beginning of the incident from inside the apartment.

We’ll update the story as details emerge.

UPDATE: Two more videos emerge.

The first video shows the extended version of the sequence of events leading up to the arrests. The second is from the perspective of the female in the video. She is recording as she’s slammed to the ground and cuffed.

UPDATE 2: Victim identified as Brandon Williford, a Sigma Chi at the University of Alabama.

Williford was charged with harassment, obstruction, and resisting arrest.

Another campus rent a cop abusing their power. He was probably embarrassed because those people knew their rights so he was hot headed. About halfway through the longer video you can tell he’s just mad and doesn’t have a reason to arrest the guy. Hope he gets what he deserves.

These videos made my blood boil. The people might have been drunk, but they were acting in a respectful and legal manner. Fuck these guys. And the thing that a lot of people are saying is that this won’t get the attention it deserves because the kids weren’t a minority. But I guarantee that after these kids’ parents and their lawyers get a crack at these officers, their lives are over.

Has anyone noticed the fact that they pulled the girl out, threw her on the ground, started beating her, and hand cuffed her all for no reason? Clearly there is something wrong here

This is not police brutality. He is a guy trying to use the media to not get arrested. Im not helping this go viral the cop said clear youre under arrested and this guy was hiding behind his friends and girls camera hoping he wouldnt go to jail.

Will Obama comment on this? Will there be protests? Will people loot buildings? Doubtful. It’s a shame when a human right such as safety is racially charged

And BTW to all the trolls I’m a minority myself I just don’t like police brutality of Blacks, Whites, Browns, Yellows, Greens, etc when they are innocent

Why the fuck are police so hell-bent on catching and arresting every single person they come across. Like chill tf out. Let some people go sometimes. Black white whatever, all of these police violence and shootings are for petty crimes at best.

I think the first cop was brutal and wrong and then when he pulled the man out, the other cops jumped in thinking something terrible was going on. As you can hear if you watch the second to lay video one officer says “I don’t know I just got here” when someone asks what the hell is going on. The reason the cops were there is because the initial officer that was in my opinion the one that purposely committed brutal acts called for backup, which is also evident in the video, and therefore his backup and fellow officers that were there all got the wrong idea.
