    I don’t give a fuck how many jokes are made about him being black and not being to read etc. he gained more respect from me than pretty much any other college athlete — like he said, he actually had to work for it. It’s what being an American is all about. Props to you, Malcolm.

      I agree. In the interview it states that “Mitchell confessed that when he started college he could only read at about a junior high level, and it bothered him. So he started putting as much effort into his reading game as his football game.”
      That takes a lot of heart. Especially since most of these athletes have no intention of actually receiving an education. Meanwhile, we have Jamis Winston yelling fuck her right in the pussy and stealing crab legs.

    I think if football doesn’t pan out for him in the long run he is one of the few student athletes that understands how great of situation he is in by getting a free education.

    It’s very refreshing seeing these receivers at Georgia, a very big-name athletic association, fulfilling their potential off the field. You have Mitchell here, busting his ass learning, and Chris Conley doing absolutely everything off the field. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual NCAA athlete
