Missing one of the greatest, Teddy Roosevelt. Although he later was a Bull Moose, he was still a damn good conservative.

Clearly you know nothing about history. The real name for the Bull Moose Party was the Progressive Party. No way TR is a conservative in today’s world.

“It is only through labor and painful effort, by grim energy and resolute courage, that we move on to better things.”
“We can have no ’50-50′ allegiance in this country. Either a man is an American and nothing else, or he is not an American at all.”
“Never throughout history has a man who lived a life of ease left a name worth remembering.”
“A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college education.”
“Every immigrant who comes here should be required within five years to learn English or leave the country.”
“A man who is good enough to shed his blood for the country is good enough to be given a square deal afterwards.”
“β€œTo announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
“β€œA typical vice of American politics is the avoidance of saying anything real on real issues.”

And that is only a handful of his quotes… you want to rethink what you just said? He was probably more conservative than most conservatives are today.
