Temple Hockey Player Not A Big Fan Of The Jews According To Tweet
It seems that Temple hockey player Nick Van Allen is not the biggest fan of the Jewish fraternity Alpha Epsilon Pi. Tuesday morning, before Temple hockey had an intramural matchup with AEPi, Van Allen tweeted the following.
Poor hashtag choice there, Nick. Since Temple ice hockey isn’t associated with the NCAA and plays in the ACHA, this is probably why Van Allen is allowed to compete in intramural hockey against AEPi. Probably won’t be playing tonight, though. I also looked up Temple’s record this past season — they went a smooth 5-22-0-3 and allowed nearly 100 more goals than they scored. AEPi has a fighting chance to win this one.
Van Allen deleted the tweet and has since apologized. Not a great look for ol’ Nick..

Change the article title. He never said he doesn’t like Jews. Just the Jewish fraternity. No one likes the Jewish frat.

It’s another angle of prejudice; but we often overlook it. Nazi jokes targeting Jews are equivalent to slavery jokes targeting blacks.
