Sorry, but there is nothing to follow learning the ritual and customs of your letters i.e. test, grip, meaning, except a lifetime of brotherhood and service.
Anything happens prior to this is whatever, but ritual is to be respected, not “faked” for appeasement or added to. Then again, I was, still am, will die a Fraternity Man, not a random frat guy. Make no mistake, there is a difference. Learn it, and then live it.
