For people who think that A+M traditionally has a “good” football team, let me correct that perception right now.

    Texas A&M-Texas: All-Time Record
    Games played: 117 A+M Win %: 31.6

Also, They’re just over .500 all-time against Texas Tech.

I know it’s primarily about football and all, but shouldn’t you consider other sports too? I mean, I know women’s basketball isn’t nearly as popular as men’s but the fact that A&M has the national champions in three sports is a really good bargaining chip to bring to a new conference. Not only were they national champions in track for men and women last year, but for the past three years? I think that should at least be considered. And so what if they have bad football seasons for a few years? They’ll get better. Don’t you remember, Arkansas had the same exact trouble when they joined back in the 90s. Just give it some time.

Doesn’t count unless its a men’s sport, and its baseball, basketball, or football.

If ever a foul word is said of TAMU, you may rest assured Lucas fratterson will be there, wearing his jorts and his milkman outfit to babble idiotically in defense of his special-needs school.
