That explains a lot about our current president. Not a fraternity man and not a former member of the military. How the hell did this GDI get elected again!?

Its funny how the only one that wasn’t in a fraternity or graduate from westpoint is the worst president in history. It still amazes me that GDI’s don’t think they’re worthless.

A large number of presidents were either independent or
were members of non-Greek fraternities or social organizations, or of non-social fraternities. Obama, Clinton, Carter, Nixon, LBJ, JFK, Eisenhower, Truman, Hoover, Harding, Cleveland, Hays, and Grant all were either independent in college or did not attend college, though some were initiated as honorary members later in life.

Bush, Bush, Reagan, Ford, FDR, Coolidge, Wilson, Taft, Teddy Roosevelt, McKinley, Benjamin Harrison, Arthur,
    and Garfield were Greeks.

So, of those presidents who attended college after 1825,half were Greek and half were independents. Of those Greeks, all were in Northern chapters. Other than LBJ, who attended Southwest Texas Teachers’ College (now Texas State), the last president to earn an undergraduate degree in the South was James K. Polk, who went to UNC, graduating in 1818, 33 years before the first fraternity was established on campus.

Greeks still have dominated political life in the United States, but your ignorance is NF.
