The 25 College Football Teams With The Most Expensive Tickets
Being a student has its perks when it comes to watching college football. I was lucky enough to attend a school that allowed students free admission into the games. Not all teams do this, however. If that’s the case, tickets to games can be expensive. Some schools are more expensive than others, which is easy to understand since some teams put out a better team than others. Which schools are the most expensive, though?
Vivid Seats looked at the data for every college football team’s home ticket prices. They then broke it down into the top 25 most expensive teams to see live based on median ticket prices. Here are the results:
25. Minnesota – $96
24. West Virginia – $99
23. Florida – $100
22. Oregon – $101
21. Wisconsin – $104
20. Tennessee – $106
19. South Carolina – $107
18. LSU – $110
17. Florida State – $111
16. USC – $112
15. Penn State – $117
14. Ole Miss – $120
13. Texas – $124
12. Michigan – $125
11. UCLA – $139
10. Nebraska – $143
9. Iowa – $144
8. Clemson – $145
7. Texas A&M – $146
6. Oklahoma – $149
5. Utah – $156
4. Alabama – $162
3. Georgia – $196
2. Ohio State – $196
1. Notre Dame – $240
A little reference here, but SMU’s cost for a full season of home games is only $90. Minnesota has a median price of $96 per game. I’m a little shocked that Texas isn’t in the top 10. I know the team sucks, but when you play Notre Dame and Oklahoma, those two games can carry the ticket prices. Hell, some of the tickets for Notre Dame are upwards of $1,000.
What’s Utah doing up there in the top 5? Really came out of nowhere..

9 years ago at 3:00 pmYou may want to fact check this. The majority of OU tickets cost $70, OSU tickets actually cost more for a single game. I’m not sure if this takes into account the “required donations” that you have to pay at OU for season tickets tho.
