Crash Davis
Crash is a minor league lifer. He’s a power-hitting catcher who has spent his entire professional career in the minors. He had his chance at the show, but drank and slammed his way back to triple A very quickly.
He picked up a few things along the way, as any savvy journeyman would. He’s like that 6th year senior in your chapter that knows all the ropes. We all know he’s not going too far in life. It’s mainly due to his alcoholism and steadfast mediocrity, but he’s a blast to hang out with and still pulls tail. It’s time for him to hang ‘em up, but no one calls him out on it.
