I think the real question here is, why have golf shoes become NF? Over half of the golfing pictures on this site feature “FRAT-STARS” that are, from my assumption, too frat to take off their Sperrys.

Ladies, it’s about time to class the fuck up and wear golf shoes. I go on this rant, not to call you “bottom tier” for not owning the nicest pair of golf shoes, but to call you “bottom tier” for not having enough respect for the game to go out and buy a simple pair of golf shoes. The fact is that this game is a sport for gentleman. If you refuse to act like a gentleman and dress accordingly, again not in the nicest shit possible, or make a concerted effort to uphold the history, pride, and most importantly tradition that this sport has then what is stopping it from us falling into the ranks reserved for the likes of recreational weekend warrior bowlers? In this case, “the Dude does not fucking abide, man.”
You think they call it your “Sunday’s Best” because you like to dress-up every Sunday just to be that asshole walking around town? NO. They call it your “Sunday’s Best” because, even though God could give a shit about what you are wearing when you walk through his doors, you want to show respect for things that are greater than you.
If you don’t have any respect for yourself then the very least you can do is show some for what is greater than you, in this case it is the sport.
