Tom Brady And Gisele Are Renting Out Their Apartment For An Insane $40,000 Per Month

That’s right, for the low, low price equivalent of buying a new Audi A4 every single month, you can sleep in the same confines where Gisele Bündchen and three-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady may have done the dirty one or more times. This is the stuff of die-hard Patriot fans’ fantasies for sure, except for the whole living in New York City instead of New England thing. But still, it seems like a bargain when you think of the power couple role-play potential that’s at stake here!

From Curbed:

Famous, beautiful people Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen want to rent out their pricey NYC pied-à-terre, looking for a wealthy somebody to pay $40,000 a month to live in the brand new condo the couple bought a year ago. Then, the Patriots QB and supermodel dropped $14M on a full floor in NYC’s One Madison development, which at the time was very much under construction.

And you thought Tom Brady was only a successful quarterback, husband, and Ugg model, right?

No way. This has “real-estate mogul” written all over it, because you know there’s some incredibly rich, pompous prick who’s going to shell out 40 grand a month just to say he lives in the same building where media magnate Rupert Murdoch owns a $57.25 million dollar penthouse. Or maybe just to say he sleeps in Gisele’s bed every night and know he’s “technically” not lying about it. Either way, someone is inevitably going to rent this, and Brady and his real estate agent are going to make a killing on the commission.

These digs are sick, and there are views for days.

According to the real-estate listing, the building offers some of the grandest amenities in all of New York City:

Step off your keyed elevator into your private Entrance Foyer with framed unprecedented unencumbered views South. Move into an open great room looking North over Madison Square Park with iconic never before positioned views of the Empire State Building, West to the Hudson River, and well beyond. Watch the sunset each evening from the Southwest corner Living Room with the soft light reflecting off the Freedom Tower and all of Manhattan’s bridges. The Master Bedroom Suite captures arguably the most magical and romantic night views North of the twinkling Empire State Building and East for soft morning sunrises over the East River.

OneMadison is a full service boutique condominium. At the entrance on sleepy 22nd Street you are greeted by the doormen and bellmen. Inside the grand lobby a concierge takes your requests. And the live-in resident manager and the many other hands of building staff stand by ready to meet any need. Two amenities floors overlooking the Madison Square Park green offer a gym, pool, steam room, and locker room. A screening room, large dining room with catering kitchen, common living room, and library with daily butler service can be used as desired or reserved and staffed for residents for private catered events.

Sounds like it wouldn’t be too difficult getting used to, and there’s even more good news about the 3,300-square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom listing: for only an extra $2,500 a month, you can get it furnished, too.

That’s only, like, $12.87 per square foot to live in Manhattan! That’s a fucking bargain, if you ask me.

It was already confirmed that this isn’t true. Tom Brady doesn’t need to rent out anything. Renting is poor people shit and I won’t have you slander his good name.

I don’t think that would qualify Brady as a mogul. $40,000 wouldn’t even cover the mortgage payment on that place.

How is 40k insane? My single-bedroom apartment in SC is 1k/month and I would expect Brady’s shit to be significantly more than 40 times as nice as an apartment where kegs are used as legitimate furniture.

The Ferrari racing team offered 50k to rent out my boss’s Austin lake house for the F1 Halloween weekend, he said no and meanwhile I still drive 2010 f150.

    1 month rent $40,000
    12 HD surveillance cameras $3,500
Selling the Tom Brady-Gisselle sex tape two months later. Priceless.
