Trump Wants To Golf Against Obama For The Presidency

Trump Golf

Put a microphone in front of the Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, and wait to find out who his target of the day will be. Crooked Hillary? Parents of a Purple Heart recipient? Pocahontas (Elizabeth Warren)? Paul Ryan? No one is off limits.

Yesterday it was President Barack Obama. And no, it didn’t have anything to do with his political policies.

According to Politico, Trump hit a man where it really hurts, calling out his golf game.

“When I went to Scotland and I cut the ribbon and I inspected my son’s work and then I got on a plane and very quickly I came back and I said I don’t wanna touch a golf club, unlike our president, who plays more golf than people on the PGA tour,” Trump said.

“I do not want a picture of me holding a golf club — not that there’s anything wrong with that, but I don’t want that picture,” Trump said. “So they say, ‘Mr. Trump, would you like to hit the first ball?’ No! Keep the club away from me. Keep it away. And I like to play golf. I’m a good golfer, believe it or not.”

“I should play Obama for the presidency,” he said. “I’ll do it. Then I’d be assured of winning, OK?”

The four majors are behind us this PGA season. Sure, we have golf in the Olympics to watch and the FedEx playoffs left, but those don’t do much for me. A match between Barry O and Trump, though, I’m locked into that one. The ratings for this would give an NFL game a run for its money.

Golf is a gentleman’s game. It’s known for its integrity and individual trust that each player will truthfully track their score. Yet I have a feeling that would all go out the window between these two. Trump would be slipping c-notes into the secret service’s pockets to kick a few drives out of the woods, while I wouldn’t put it against Barack to “accidentally” drive over Trump’s ball with his cart.

With the direction that politics are going these days, where apparently anyone can become a presidential candidate as long as you have billions of dollars in the bank, is it that farfetched to bet on a seat in the oval office out on the golf course? The American president earns a yearly salary of $400,000. Phil Mickelson makes insider trading deals bigger than that during his practice rounds.

It’s only a matter of time until he presents the same challenge to Hillary, on the agreement that they hit from the same tee box. She does stand for equal rights, after all.

I can already hear Donald taunting Barack from the fairway as the two men arrive at their ball following a tee shot.

DT: “You hear about the new Walmart they’re building?”

BO: “No, where?”

DT: “Between my drive and yours.”

BO: “Son of a…”

All joking aside, I can’t believe he’s down in the polls against Clinton.

Honest to God, it’s almost unimaginable that we now inhabit a country that believes she is more presidential than a pro-American, pro-Constitution and pro-business candidate than Trump.

Shit doesn’t get more backwards than that.

No, he signed a pledge to fight child porn, written by a group that happens to want to ban porn in general. Get your facts straight.

So what about when he called McCain a loser for being a POW, or when he insulted the family of a fallen soldier? Donald isn’t pro-American, he’s Pro-Trump

I really want to like Johnson( due to my deep seeded hatred of Donald trump for guaranteeing there won’t be a republican in the White House), but man is his shot week. That town hall last night on CNN was so awkward and painful to watch. I agree with his view point on a lot of issues, but he’s not fit to be commander in chief

Well, at least they both play golf. Hillary would rather shove a 9 iron up her rusty snatch than engage in sports of any kind. Let’s be honest, the fact that she’s a woman definitely has something to do with that as well.

In personal experience, anyone who brags about his golf game but yet hasn’t been seen playing is 9/10 times a terrible player.

So Jason Day rocked a 9iron 268yrds the other day, not bad. Meanwhile more Trump hate from the TFM elite.
