A lot of Hermes’ ties are similar to Ferragamo’s which are marked up VV related patterns so there’s no point in spending 180 when you can get the same look/quality for 100 dollars less unless you just have to be “that guy who bought…” If anyone here works 60-75 hours a week like myself and funds his own Tahoe, liquor tabs, clothes and living expenses at 19 versus mooching from my father who in fact is the CEO of Blackhawk Petroleum then you can talk about unnecessary/irrational spending. To make a long story short, you become more fiscally conservative once it’s your hard earned money.
