California is still NF. Under section 5 “Flag Code” as found in Title
4 of the United States Code and the section of Title 36, it is illegal for one to where a physical flag apart from ceremonial services.

California might not be F, but this picture still is. This site needs to stop focusing so much on location, it’s getting really fucking annoying

The Flag Code isn’t a law you fucking idiot. It’s a set of recommended rules for displaying the flag properly. There is no legal penalty for not following it (but you’re an un-American fuck if you don’t).

Shit, my bad. However, california should not be capitalized. So it’s just california, not California.

since it touched the ground he better cut out every damn star and burn the stars in 1 pile and the stripes and other materials in another. Thats flag code also. Literally the only proper way to dispose of an american flag

It was capitalized because it’s at the beginning of the post. Your first name shouldn’t be capitalized because you must be simple.
