After my haircut today, my barber asked me if I wanted hair gel. Not my barber anymore. TFM.

Sounds like you went to Great Clips, not a barber. A real barber would know better.

If you have a frat swoop, no barber will ever ask you if you want hair gel. Geed.

I don’t have frat swoop. I am a couple years from thirty and not a professional golfer. I laugh at the guys my age who maintain their swoop out of fear of aging or showing their eyebrows.

Bud, I’ve been fratting since you were in elementary school. I earned my right to be on this site when you were collecting beanie babies and pogs.

No one questioned how long you’ve been fratting, he simply pointed out that your too old to be on this site.. It is kinda pathetic…

Bless your heart, it’s about time you grow up and stop seeking validation from a website.

Fair enough. I am certainly on the older end of the spectrum–as is every veteran who has ever posted on this site. I am not here for validation–I am here because you kids amuse me. I remember thinking and doing very similar things and it makes me laugh to read your stories.

      Brodyssius,
Fratting since we were in elementary school? How fucking old are you? There comes a time in every mans life when you have to put things behind you and move on. Stop trying to re-live your “glory days” through this website and go do something with your life. It’s over.

You talk about fratting as if it’s a way of life–and I agree, it is–but it does have a subjective expiration date for each fratstar. That being the case, until my fiance and I have children, I will continue to rage…and I will continue to come to this site for amusement.

To explain my earlier comment; If you are a freshmen/sophmore and I am ten years older than you, when I initiated, you were 8/9 years old–and in elementary school. They weren’t my glory days however. Things are only going to get better for me–glory days implies that they only get worse…

…having said that, while I had some good times, if I had them to do all over again I would do things quite differently.

While you are too old, you are wise. My Mom always claims her best years are the ones she’s currently living. After college was my dad, then kids, and so on.
