While I am unsure whether your description of this man being “Chill” is based on personal experience or not, I would have to disagree on this photo putting him in the top 1%. My main rationale behind this assertion comes from the fact that the keg in the background is obviously spray painted gold. Were this keg to be cast from actual gold, it would legitimately put him the top 1%.
