VIDEO: Chicago Cubs New Clubhouse Puts Every Other Team’s To Shame

When you’re a shoo-in to win the World Series, you’re going to need to have some championship-level amenities for the players. The Ricketts family, who own the Chicago Cubs, recognized this early on and made some top notch renovations to the stadium — including the team’s clubhouse.

Late last night after the Cubs returned home to Wrigley for the first time this season, they got their first look at their new clubhouse. Needless to say, they were pretty impressed.

In addition to this incredible locker room, the Cubs are now enjoying a 30,000 square foot facility that includes a media center, strength and conditioning center, lounge, and training areas. Plus, it looks like that new clubhouse has a bar in the center. Henry Rowengartner would have loved this place.

With the Cubs set to take on the Reds tonight in their home opener, Coach Brickma has some words for us all:
