We Use This Kid’s Photo So Much, His Brothers Call Him “The Logo” And Even Made A TFM Logo With His Silhouette

Of all the ridiculous, offensive, and repulsive photos y’all have sent us over the years — from jumping off buildings and smashing tables with an elbow drop to sucking whiskey off a grandma’s tits — there are a handful of go-to picks that we recycle frequently as the featured photos for our columns. If you’re a TFM regular, then you’ve undoubtedly seen this one before:

There’s something just so perfect about this shot. Nothing over the top. No risk of physical harm. No puke or blood or semen. It’s merely a man, his beer, and his junk, which he’s rubbing on a female as she tries to pose for a nice picture. His expression, his attire, and his lack of fucks to give capture everything we embody as a website, which is why the piece fits so perfectly as a banner photo in many of our columns.

We’ve used it so much, the kid has become something of a legend amongst his fraternity brothers. As one emailer told us, the chapter has since referred to him as “The Logo.” The emailer explains the story behind the mythical photograph below, and even took the liberty of making a TFM logo out of The Logo:

Dear TFM Staff:

My pledge brother was featured in a photo submission from Carolina Cup a few years ago. His head is cocked back, his tongue is sticking out, and he’s holding a case of Busch Light while hip thrusting his way into a picture of his then-girlfriend and her big. It’s been used by the TFM staff ever since for articles such as “Bedroom Horror Stories: The Night A Threesome Turned My Girlfriend Into A Lesbian” or “Staring Down the Barrel of a Cock Block”, and it’s occasionally used by TSM staff to represent that douche they all dated in college.

It’s been featured on the site so often, we’ve been calling him “The Logo” a la Jerry West. In that vein, I used his silhouette to make a TFM logo which I thought I’d share with you all. Feel free to post it on the site, save it for an article on the NBA finals, or trash it. Regardless of what you do with the file, I’ll wish you all the best of luck in the future.

I love it. I think we oughta slap it on a white tee, mass produce it, and toss this kid some commission. I’ll talk to the design guys..
