World Series Gambler Has Gone A Perfect 6 For 6, Could Let $14M Winnings Ride On Game 7

I’ve been on heaters before. The inflated ego feels like you can do no wrong. You’re immortal to the gambling gods. Sure that bankroll you built up might be a nice little chunk of change, but you know what would be better than the bag you didn’t previously have? Doubling, no, tripling that coin. Why have pay-a-few-months-rent-money when you can have never-work-another-day-in-your-life capital. That’s the mindset every great gambler needs to have. You just don’t walk away from the table when you’re hot. You stumble away defeated with your chin firmly planted into your sternum, a dozen drinks deep, after tossing away that last pathetic chip on a final ditch effort to recoup that once promising future on green.

That’s why I have nothing but respect for this Vegas bettor who has gone an unreal 6-0 in perhaps the craziest World Series in recent memory (prisoner of the moment rules dictate that I forget 2016 happened), taking the $14M winnings and letting it ride on a pursuit for perfection.

My man, this simply isn’t up to you anymore. You’ve crossed the point of no return. There’s no time for what if or shoulda, coulda, woulda. This is your moment. Your one shot. Your one opportunity. Will you capture it? Or just let it slip?

Time to nut up and take the advice of one Matthew McConaughey.
