Just A Couple Of Alleged Pledges Catching A Quick Nap On ZBT’s Roof At University Of Texas

Pledging can be exhausting. You have to catch some shuteye whenever and wherever possible. That’s why I tip my cap to these two alleged pledges of ZBT that snuck out of their pledge responsibilities to enjoy a luxurious siesta atop of their fraternity house.

Doubt it, Chris. Pledges aren’t given something as scenic as the roof out of the goodness of brothers’ hearts. Under the deck or in the basement? Absolutely. But if these are pledges sleeping under the clear Texas sky, in broad daylight, mind you, this was definitely of their own doing. It’s roughly around “Hell Week” or “I-Week” for most fraternities, and these kids saw a rare opportunity to take a quick fratnap — probably without the knowledge of their pledge master. Blowing up their spot like this, Chris, is such a dick move on your part.

Snake it till you make it, or until some jackass from across the street throws you up on social media.

    The shit that bothers me most about this, and other claims/articles that mirror this, is the fact that it’s pure speculation. “Pledges were forced to…” Did a pledge or a brother tell you this? Nah.. Probably not. Apparently assumptions and speculation are enough to incriminate in the United States. I’d put money on it that they might have even been actives who were fucking around and some gdi or rival fraternity felt inclined to perpetuate their opinion as investigative facts. Please.. If you’re the type of person who makes erroneous claims based on perception/opinion of a situation, stop wasting air.

      Exactly. Who the fuck says this is hazing. Of course, the fucking Dean of Whatever who is dedicated to destroying all fraternity life at UT. The fraternities need to start suing the university and the Deans who promote these sanctions personally. Make them have to pay lawyers to defend themselves. Cause them to have to submit to depositions. Of course, when the nationals cave in and sanction locals, it’s a suck ass situation. We have to fight not only the college idiots but also the nationals.

    I week? What? It is Hell Week and always has been. In addition-hell week is not until the week prior to the following semester if you are doing it correctly that is.
    Pledging an entire semester plus the following break is a requirement for actual pledgeship. Buncha pansy assed noobs these days.
