LSU Students Lose Minds Over “Noose” Spotted On Campus That Ends Up Being Electrical Wire

Okay, things have officially gone off the rails.

A noose-looking wire spotted on the LSU campus today went wild on social media as potential hate speech and intolerant behavior.

But just as the the SJWs finished sharpening their pitchforks to march on the president’s office and demand his resignation, the school chimed in to let everyone know things were not what they appeared to be.

The picture was posted on social media and quickly spread through the LSU community. It showed what looked like a loop at the end of a rope or wire high up in a tree near Coates Hall.

A university spokesperson said it was actually part of a lightning prevention device which had come loose from a tree.

One inch in diameter? What is this? A noose for ants???

But don’t worry, LSU still preemptively condemned any hypothetical racial intolerance the campus might see in the future.

The school hasn’t done enough, in my opinion. I believe LSU needs to suspend its ties with electricity until providers start using less offensive, cis-gendered, colorless wires. I like my electricity like I like my cofee — gender neutral.

We can’t afford to be so blinded by our privilege to see how the wires LSU has in place make students feel marginalized and unsafe. Until the new wires are installed, classes should be cancelled. Surely we can find some student groups to organize these protests.

90 percent (or more) of college students are too stupid for their own good. We’ve opened Pandora’s box, folks. It’s only going to get worse from here on out..
