Paul Ryan to Colt McCoy: “Great Job at Oklahoma State”
Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan dropped in to a Cleveland Browns football practice today to kiss some hands, shake some babies, talk some football, and shoot some shit with former Oklahoma State badass, and starting Browns quarterback, Brandon Weeden.
After working the crowd and sifting through the non-Weeden scrubs on the team, he finally found his man and hit him with a “Great job” line that he had been saving up all day. Only, it wasn’t Weeden. It was backup Colt McCoy.
Browns linebacker Scott Fujita has the story:
Today’s locker room laugh from practice was hearing how Paul Ryan looked Colt McCoy dead in the eye & said “great job at Oklahoma State”

You gotta love this guy. It’s still unconfirmed, but there’s a rumor out there that some other suit that was with Ryan whispered to him, “That’s Colt McCoy. He played college football at the University of Texas,” in which Ryan replied, “Dude, big fuckin’ deal. Let’s get out of here and pound some cold ones.”
Paul Ryan. TFTC.

13 years ago at 6:45 pmConsidering he never lost to Oklahoma State, I’d say that Colt McCoy did do a good job at Oklahoma State.
